Delivery v/s Customer Pick Up
Have you read on other web sites the following statment? "We don't allow customer pickups because proper securing of
inflatables is a key to their safe use." This is because they dont want you to learn that they don't have as many inflatables as they say or
advertise on their website. Other part time inflatable companies take a unit called a modular jumper and change the banner to make it look
like they have different units, when, in fact, they only have that 1 unit, just 5 different banners. At Flip Flop Inflatables we have one of the
largest inventories and we are a full time true inflatable company, so we have nothing to hide from you. Yes, we allow customer pick up and
we give you proper instructions on how to properly and safely secure the unit. We also give you everything that our professional delivery
crews would bring to your party and use to set up, if we delivered the unit. Does Flip Flop Inflatables have these types of units YES however
you will see on our web site that we have the different banners on the web site and have not tried to trick anyone into thinking we have that
many different units. This is our way of life and you will see if you come by that we have inventory unlike other companies.

How will you know the equipment is clean?
At Flip Flop Inflatables we will not allow any equipment to sit or be sent to another party before doing the following: Make sure the unit is dry,
Hand vacuum the whole unit, Wipe down the unit from TOP to BOTTOM with a strong industrial sanitizer, Allow sanitizer to dry, Inspect unit by
management, and Then roll unit up and place back into our CLEAN and DRY storage area until the next event. Once these steps are
completed a cleaning log is signed off on for that unit. Ask other companies if they can show you a cleaning log for their equipment. Below is
