RULES OF PLAY
Flip Flop Inflatables reserve the right to refuse entry to any person. Furthermore, anyone failing to observe these
rules will be asked to leave the premises.
During Walk in & Play, Play sessions are limited to 2 hours, we will try.
Children must be dressed to play safely. Legs, arms and feet must be covered at all times. Shoes, jewelery,
watches, necklaces, rings, chains, badges, pens, pencils and any sharp objects must be removed. Socks can be
purchased from the reception.
Keeping the center clean is very important to us for our customers' benefit. Therefore we ask you to help us keep it
this way. If any food or drink is accidentally spilled in the play area, please advise us immediately. While our
restrooms are inspected regularly, if you are not satisfied, please advise us.
Food (including sweets and chewing gum) and drink must not be taken into the play arena at any time. If drinks are
taken in the arena area, we ask that they stay on the tiled area. Do not go past the tiled area onto the carpet with
any drinks.
Running is not permitted within Flip Flop Inflatables, this is particularly important in the lobby area and on the
approach to the play areas.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Flip Flop Inflatables building only outside in the parking area.
It is a condition of entry that any accident is reported to a member of staff and recorded in the accident book.
Customers park their vehicles in the car park entirely at their own risk. Flip Flop Inflatables does not accept any
responsibility for vehicles or their contents.
Due to Health and Safety regulations and for your own comfort there is a limit to the number of children allowed on
the premises at any one time. If we reach our maximum capacity we will work on a strict one in and one out basis.
Flip Flop Inflatables does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or injury of whatever nature caused through
misuse of equipment or lack of supervision by a parent or accompanying responsible adult. Children must be
supervised at all times by the parent or responsible adult accompanying them. The Children's Act of 1989 requires
us to inform you of this obligation. Flip Flop Inflatables does not accept responsibility for child supervision while on
our premises or using the equipment. Flip Flop does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any
personal articles or possessions.
Parents and Guardians, you must supervise your children at all times.
Our staff monitor the use of the equipment, these staff are not provided to supervise your children while they are
using the equipment.
We do not allow drop off of your children at our facility. We are not licensed as a day care facility and we intend to
enforce this rule.
If your child is unwell, please do not let them use the facilities.
No rough playing / rough housing
No fighting / Fighting will lead to being banned from the facility
No flipping on the equipment
No Cursing
