Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Our delivery driver will deliver and set up your rental and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts and come back to take it down after the
party is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 25-30 minutes. There is a delivery & set up charge - according to your zip code. Please see pricing for
your delivery area.
Will I need an Outlet?
Our Inflatables plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will need to have an outlet within 100 ft. of the unit, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet. Placement of the
Inflatable should be no more than 100 ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up an Inflatable at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100 ft, please let us know so we can
arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
What type of surface is needed for the Inflatable?
The best surface is going to be a level grassy area. However, we can set up the units on concrete or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which type of surface we will be setting up on
and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event as well as have the proper padded tarps.
How much room will the Inflatable take up?
You should have an area about 16'x16' with a clearance of about 16'-24' for average moonwalks. When you call to reserve your Inflatable, we will let you know the dimensions for the
particular shape you will be renting. If renting other than a moonwalk additional space will vary.
Is Flip Flop Inflatables safe?
Yes. Our Inflatables are constructed with the top of the line 18oz commercial grade vinyl and is triple stitched in the areas of high pressure. As with any activity involving small children, an
adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the
Inflatables.
Are you Insured?
Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an Inflatable are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. Please note that Insurance is to protect our Business and
Inflatables ONLY. We WILL NOT set up an Inflatable until the liability waiver is signed. If you like to receive a copy of the waiver prior to rental, please feel free to contact us.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. They are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an Inflatable at the park. Make sure and check to see if electricity will be available, if not we
can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.
How do I reserve my Inflatable?
EASY AS 1 2 3 Just call us @ 770-898-5760 and one of our friendly Customer Service Reps will help you in reserving your jump and answer any questions you may have. All you need
to have is a Date - Time - Address of Delivery - Valid Credit Card.
Flip Flop Inflatables, Inc. has the right to check for validation of each card on file. We will make every effort to report any and all card numbers wrongfully given for use. These cards and
customer names will be turned over to the proper authorities. We do NOT TOLERATE FRAUD.
Do you have a Business License?
YES! It is very important to have a business license and paying the necessary taxes on a business.
How long will I have the equipment?
We will need to set up at least 1 hour prior to your event. This will give us plenty of time to set up and secure your rentals safely to ensure a safe and fun day. We will return to pick up
when your rental time is over. We like to pick up the rental prior to dark, when possible. However, some situations call for after dark pick up.
All 1/2 day rentals are for up to 5 full hours and full day rentals are for up to 10 full hours. However, if renting for a full day event - We DO NOT pick up after 9 PM. We will have to
deliver full day rentals by 10 AM. If you would prefer to Pick Up for your event, this will Not only save you on Delivery Fees - You will also have the opportunity to pick up the night before
or pick up that morning and keep the unit until the following night after pick up or the next morning after pick up.
What is your Weather Policy?
As a safety precaution, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation during periods of severe weather conditions (i.e., severe rain, thunderstorms, high winds exceeding 20 mph., etc.). You
will be given the opportunity to reschedule your event date, subject to availability. If conditions are clear the morning of event deliveries, we will load up and deliver as normal, unless we
hear from you by 7 am. You will then be responsible for the rental fees. If you decide to postpone your event for another day due to bad weather, or the chances of; we must be notified by
7 AM the morning of your event. Once our delivery trucks leave for the day, all rental rates apply. Our delivery trucks leave out between 7:30 & 8 am.
What is your Payment Policy?
We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, CHECK or CASH.
A VALID CREDIT CARD is required and signing a RENTAL / LIABILITY WAIVER will reserve your special day.
Our drivers are not allowed to carry cash for change. All payments are due by delivery of unit, or we will not delivery. We take our customers and their events seriously, so please make
sure that you have budgeted for your event and plan on paying as required.
If you call to reserve a day for your event and no valid credit card is given for reservations, we can not hold your rentals or that date. We reserve on a first come first serve basis, when
reservations are made. If you cancel prior to 7 days of your event there is no charge. If you have to cancel in less than the 7 days you will
be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. These charges will be charged to your card on file, unless other arrangements are made upon
cancellation.
